US VI GLAM CAMP
US VI GLAM CAMP, unites NYC’s skyline and St. John’s paradise in a vision of balance and desire. 9’Ft X 6’FT Original 1/1. 2025.
US VI GLAM CAMP, stands as a visual dialogue between urban power and natural paradise — a meditation on the collision of ambition, luxury, and longing. In this 9-foot by 6-foot original installation, ARTISTRY by DESIGN captures the shimmering contrast between the elite skyline of New York City and the tranquil turquoise waters of St. John’s Trunk Bay in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
At first glance, the work radiates glamour — glass towers glinting above Central Park’s Billionaire’s Row, bathed in light that evokes both sunrise and illusion. Beneath that polish, however, lies tension: the question of what happiness truly costs when success and serenity exist at opposite poles. The composition’s mirrored layers invite the viewer inward, to confront the paradox of desire — the balance between status and simplicity, reality and the ideal.
Through a refined interplay of light, texture, and spatial harmony, US VI GLAM CAMP, fuses conceptual fine art with immersive installation design. The piece reflects the modern condition — a world captivated by perfection, yet perpetually chasing it. Its surfaces echo the sheen of fashion editorials, while its depth whispers the stillness of paradise untouched.
Ultimately, this 1/1 original fine-art installation asks a timeless question: Is paradise a place, a possession, or a state of mind? In bridging the urban and the organic, ARTISTRY by DESIGN reminds us that balance lies not in either world alone, but in the shifting reflection between them.
